Glossa Music is a Spanish classical music record label founded in 1992 by the pioneering brothers José Miguel Moreno, a lutenist, and Emilio Moreno, a viola player.

Glossa Music was set about creating a treasure trove of recorded excellence, notably in the ever-developing field of early music. The label is Spain’s first independent classical music label with a strong international reputation. It has its headquarters in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in the mountains near Madrid. They offer a splendid catalogue specialising in baroque music and considered by some to be the world’s finest in early music.

The collective artistic endeavours of the label have been recognized with an award of Label of the Year 2014 by a Europe-wide panel of classical music media organizations, print and online magazines as well as radio broadcasters, who form the International Classical Music Awards jury. Glossa remains focused on its artists, supporting their musical careers and inclinations, with the artistic direction entrusted to Carlos Céster. Céster operates from the abundant natural riches of the mountains around Madrid with a view that encourages him in the rigour of his work

... a treasure trove of recorded excellence.
