A Realm of Internationally Acclaimed Artists
For all their diversity, the artists featured on PENTATONE have one thing in common. They all put their heart and soul into the music, drawing on every last drop of creativity, skill, and determination to perfect their compositions.
PENTATONE’s catalogue includes performances by conductors Kent Nagano, Sir Neville Marriner, Sir Colin Davis, Yakov Kreizberg, Simon Murphy, Marc Albrecht and Marek Janowski. Their recording instrumentalists include Grammy award-winning Julia Fischer, Mari Kodama, Arabella Steinbacher, Martin Helmchen and Nareh Arghamanyan to name a few.
German-Canadian international soloist Johannes Moser recently signed an exclusive recording contract with PENTATONE. For his debut album with PENTATONE Johannes chose to record the pinnacle of the repertoire for cello and orchestra, the Cello Concerto by Antonín Dvořák. In this monumental work Dvořák explores the entire spectrum of human emotion, very much inspired by his own experiences, ranging from exhilarating bursts of life in New York City to the devastating tragedy of his unfulfilled love.
