Primephonic is an online music platform (the “Services”) operated by Primephonic BV, a company headquarted in The Netherlands, conducting its work at Professor Tulpstraat 18, 1018HA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and is the data controller ("we," "us," "our," and "Primephonic").The Services enable our Members to, among browsing through a wide range of classical music and audio related content, download and stream music.

Primephonic will maintain a record of your billing transactions and purchases, and any communications and responses.

On once-off event occurrence basis, we may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as public databases, social media platforms, third-party data providers and our joint marketing partners. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers, Adyen. The database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We take every reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. Primephonic accounts require a username and password to log in. Members have a responsibility to keep their username and password secure, without disclosing it to a third party. All Member’s account passwords are hashed, which means all employees nor IT partners of Primephonic cannot see a Member’s password. We will never resend forgotten passwords either. We will only provide Members with instructions on how to reset them.
c. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so, Our retention periods vary depending on the type of data involved. Generally, we retain data and determine the retention period based when the data necessary to operate our Services or there is a legal or contractual need to retain the data. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
